Great to have a Coupland that does such a quality job in web design! In addition to our surname, I used to engage with Oneida and Viners some years ago, when I was in merchandising at Debenhams Head Office. Not sure if they're still based there, but I also visited Oneida at Bangor, County Down a couple of times. I also knew a really good guy at Viners called Stephen Spetch, but I guess he's moved on sometime ago. I also have an e-Commerce background (www.debenhams.com) from a business point of view during part of my time there. It'll be great if we may make contact but, of course, I'll leave that to you.
